Networking groups and local businesses in Warwickshire are able to take advantage of a brand new conference venue to host their meetings, events and corporate presentations.
Listers Volkswagen, on Tachbrook Park, Leamington Spa, is opening its showroom doors and inviting business groups to utilise its conference facilities, free of charge.
The new service at the Volkswagen site is available for breakfast and evening meetings from Monday to Friday.
Phil Smart, brand manager at Listers Volkswagen, believes it’s important to work with the local business community, where possible.
He said: “Finding a professional environment that is conveniently located, has Wi-Fi access and doesn’t cost a penny can be difficult.
“As we are open long hours it seemed a logical solution to extend our services and offer our support to local companies.”
The private conference room features a projector on request and an LCD screen and can accommodate ten people. In addition, the showroom can be used for larger gatherings of up to 25 guests. Listers will provide complimentary teas and coffees and can arrange for hot bacon rolls an additional charge.
“The breakfast meetings are available from 7:30am to 9:00am and the evening meetings are open from 6.00pm to 7.00pm. During these times there will be ample spaces for car parking.
“We look forward to introducing our new services to the surrounding businesses and welcoming our new guests,” concluded Phil.
