A Midlands man has found that downsizing to a smaller property has significantly strengthened his bank balance and in turn improved his quality of life.

Paul Owen from Tile Hill took the decision to move to a smaller property at the end of last year and has since taken up residence in a stunning apartment in the sought after Venue@Bannerbrook Park development in Coventry.

He has found that his brand new two bedroom apartment is not only more practical for him; it has made a noticeable difference to his wallet.
