ALC is responsible for providing the Ministry of Defence (MOD) with a wide range of construction and field mechanical handling equipment. Our ongoing brief is to support ALC as they lay the foundations for the future contract rebid. ALC see diversity as essential to its continued growth and innovation and believes their business is better as a result. They asked us to create a campaign that communicated this internally as a consistent reminder of the importance of inclusion.
How did we do?
We created a campaign that promotes the core values of respect and inclusion by celebrating the many different perspectives, cultures, genders and ages of ALC’s employees. More than that, the creative highlighted the support ALC provides to those that need it, while communicating the core creative thought that ‘We are all different, but that’s what makes us stronger.’
