The importance of a strong ecommerce brand identity cannot be underestimated when it comes to providing a seamless online retail experience, especially for a retailer like BOX.

As one of the UK’s leading online retailers of tech products with over 1 million customers and in light of their 22nd anniversary, BOX required a rebrand to broaden their brand appeal and grow their customer base.

How did we do?

Cue 8848, a complete strategic overhaul, a bold new brand identity, a brand-new market leading website, a tonne of content generation, marketing campaigns, videography, social media management,  PR coverage and of course, outstanding results.

First things first, our team carefully curated the following philosophy to encompass what the consumer wants and to bring the brand to life – ‘Technology with a philosophy; making tech easy. Simple to buy, receive, own and enjoy’. Next, we created a whole new brand, including tone of voice and visual identity, using simplicity and insightfulness as the core of the UX and UI design. Set with a mission to raise awareness, uplift website traffic and increase revenue, the new rebranded site has achieved a staggering:
