The challenge

We’ve worked in close partnership with solicitors Higgs & Sons for over 15 years, handling everything from PR and branding to social media. With attentive service an integral part of their business, Higgs & Sons challenged us to find a way of motivating their 230-strong internal team to further improve their customer care skills.

How did we do?

Our response was to appoint a brand ambassador that would instantly click with an audience that includes over 100 lawyers. Only one person sprung to mind – Britain’s best-loved maître d’Fred Sirex. While most famous for his role as the host of Channel 4’s First Dates, Fred is also highly regarded for his commitment to customer care and deliver lectures around the world on the topic.

The campaign launched with an event at Higgs & Sons’ Winter Party that introduced Fred to the entire Higgs & Sons team. A series of master classes is also scheduled to take place throughout 2018. The first stage of this three-stage campaign has also delivered the company’s highest engagement on LinkedIn to date this year, and directly contributed to well over 300 click-throughs to the firm’s website.
