A West London retailer is celebrating a double qualification after two of its staff qualified from a national programme.
Craig Berrido, 29 from Isleworth and Mike Lynch, 39, from Ealing, have both qualified as Volkswagen sales executives after training for two years.
Craig, who has worked in sales for four years previously, worked as an estate agent, but followed his ambition of wanting to work in the motor industry.
Mike has added to his 17 years of experience in the automotive industry by also completing the qualification.
Craig commented: “I am delighted to have completed the Volkswagen sales qualification and look forward to putting my newly learned skills to the test.
“The qualification has given me extra knowledge and experience to ensure customers are provided with the service they need from all staff.”
Shaun Kirby, brand manager at West London Volkswagen, said: “We believe having knowledgeable staff is paramount to the success of a business.
“The course is designed to equip some of our staff with the very best knowledge to deal with customers and pass on to other employees.
Mike concluded: “The course has allowed me to expand on my motoring knowledge and I’m looking forward to sharing this with staff and customers.”
The duo are also Motability qualified, and will be able to guide Motability customers through their options when purchasing a car on the scheme.
