A Kirkcaldy-based brand manager is celebrating joining an exclusive club after being recognised for his outstanding service to the automotive industry.
Paul Lanni, who manages two Volkswagen Specialist Cars sites in Fife, was presented with a Volkswagen Gold Pin for exceptional service to the brand, at a recent ceremony in London.
Having worked with the brand for just eight years, Paul was instrumental in establishing the Dunfermline Volkswagen site which quickly developed into a thriving business while successfully managing his existing, award winning, Volkswagen showroom in Kirkcaldy.
Paul said: “I’m thrilled to have been awarded a Gold Pin, it’s a huge honour.
“The job brings its own rewards through working closely with all members of staff, planning the strategy of the business and working hard to make sure our philosophy of ‘customer first’ is at the forefront of everyone’s minds.
“I am very proud of the two Specialist Cars Volkswagen sites.”
The prestigious Volkswagen Gold Pins are awarded to just 20 individuals every year.
