HiQ hoping for the ‘conference of their lives’ at Mercedes World

The HiQ fast fit network is putting the finishing touches to its biggest ever National Conference in a fitting event to celebrate its third anniversary as a fully franchised network.

The two day conference and business networking event, taking place at the prestigious Mercedez-Benz World venue in Surrey, will be held on Wednesday 16th and Thursday 17th of November and will welcome more than 120 guests including all Franchise partners, a number of HiQ Centre Managers and some key suppliers.

A host of major announcements are expected to be made at the conference, which HiQ’s Retail Director, Peter Tye has described as ‘the most exciting event we have organised to date.’

He said: “Our National Franchise Conference is a red letter day in our calendar and is the one time of the year that all Franchisees can come together under one roof to discuss key developments across the network.”

Peter will review the network’s performance in 2011 across key business indicators and announce innovative plans for growing the network even further while Fast Fit manager Stuart Carr and Retail Systems Manager Matt Heaton will unveil a number of new business tools for franchise partners to make the most of.

Marketing and Advertising campaigns for 2012 will also be announced, along with updates on existing projects including HiQ’s high profile education campaign ahead of eagerly anticipated EU tyre labelling legislation in November next year.

During the evening, HiQ’s top performing centres will then be recognised, along with recent National Tyre Distributors Association’s official ‘Tyre Retailer of the Year’ winner HiQ Plymouth.

In addition, HiQ’s Automotive Technician Accreditation programme will be acknowledged, as well as the best
performing centres in implementing the brand’s customer satisfaction programme.

Peter added: “We have a number of major success stories to report this year and it will be great to officially recognise them at the conference.

“Not only that, but as our franchise business model is very much a partnership, we depend on feedback and comment from our franchisees. This conference allows them to do so and provides the perfect platform to facilitate further growth and an understanding of their day-to-day needs.”
