Stationery giveaways to drive online engagement

uni-ball has revealed an extensive competition programme following the announcement that the leading pen brand is to become an official partner of National Stationery Day.

Over the next eight weeks, uni-ball will give away its most popular writing instruments to champion the written word through its social media channels.  Pens up for grabs include the uni-ball fanthom, uni-ball Vision Elite, Jetstream, uni-ball eye, uni-ball Signo 207, Power Tank, POSCA and Kuru Toga.

Stuart Barker, marketing manager for uni-ball, said: “In the run up to National Stationery Day, we want to engage with our fans on twitter and facebook.  By launching a series of weekly giveaways, we are able to get people talking about their obsession with stationery as well as promote the benefits of our writing instruments at the same time.”

The news is announced as uni-ball publishes its facebook timeline to share news, competitions and hold discussions with fans of stationery and those within the creative industry online.

National Stationery Day takes place on the opening day of the London Stationery Show on Tuesday 24 April.
