A Burton business is celebrating success after being named one of the top Volkswagen retailers in the country.
This is the sixth year that T L Darby Volkswagen has been recognised by Volkswagen UK for its high levels of customer satisfaction in sales, service and parts.
The business, which employs 57 people and is located in the old fire station building on New Street, finished fifth out of 215 sites nationwide.
Volkswagen monitors all retailers ensuring all areas of the business are performing according to Volkswagen standards and targets. The One Business Awards then recognise the top 25 retailers in the UK.
The event was held at The Savoy hotel in London and was hosted by Jeremy Vine.
Steve Haynes, sales director at T L Darby Volkswagen, said: “I’m delighted that our business has been recognised in this way.
“T L Darby has one of the highest levels of staff retention across the country and many of our employees have been with us for over 15 years.
“Customers come back to us time and again because they know they can trust our staff and receive great customer service.
“This award is testament to the hard work from all our staff and I’m very proud of our people and the business.”
