Milton Keynes business brings in horse power

A new brand manager is riding into a Milton Keynes business to deliver winning customer service.

Keen horseman Andrew Taylor has been appointed as brand manager, at Milton Keynes Volkswagen, tasked with the job of leading the cavalry at the Greyfriars Court retailer, to even greater success.

The father of two has many years’ of experience working with horses and when he’s not putting in his own horse power to drive the business at the Volkswagen retailer, he’s with his family looking after their eight horses, one of which is a rescue animal, or breeding Shetland ponies.

The 48-year-old was the perfect choice for the brand manager position as he’s got over 25-years of working in the motor industry, with his original roots based in the hotel and catering sector.

Andrew said: “I’m thrilled to be appointed as the brand manager at Milton Keynes Volkswagen and applying all my skills and experience I’ve learnt over the years.

“At the very beginning I started my career in the service industry, so customer service has always been top of my agenda.”

Milton Keynes Volkswagen is part of Jardine Motors Group, on the appointment of Andrew, brand director, Paul Atkinson, said: “Andrew is a great addition to the team, his many years of experience of working with some of the best names in the business puts him a great position to help drive the business forward.”

Andrew added: “I’m looking forward to building the business in Milton Keynes and driving sales forward but my first task is getting to know all the staff and customers.”
