An Oxfordshire business is celebrating after being named one of the top Volkswagen retailers in 2012 at a national industry awards ceremony.
Ridgeway Oxford Kidlington, based on Langford Lane, was recognised by Volkswagen UK for its high levels of customer satisfaction on sales, service, parts and eight other performance measures, finishing 14th out of 215 sites nationwide in the One Business Awards.
Volkswagen monitors all retailers ensuring all areas of the business are performing according to Volkswagen standards and targets. The One Business Awards then identify the top 25 retailers in the UK.

Also at the event, Ridgeway Group head of Used Cars, Andrew Smith, picked up an award to recognise his outstanding used car performance for the group, while Bob Sainsbury, sales executive at Ridgeway Newbury, received a coveted Gold Pin – one of just 20 awarded across the entire Volkswagen dealer network as a mark of appreciation for quality, dedication and length of service.

The One Business Awards were presented at a ceremony held at the Natural History Museum in London.
