A couple have recently upgraded to a luxurious four bedroom home in Stratford all thanks to a Part Exchange scheme available from the UK’s leading house builder.
Steve Haworth and partner, Kim Goodman, moved in to The Residence, a Charles Church development in Stratford upon Avon, simply because it was too good of an offer to miss out on.
Steve, who works at the Royal Shakespeare Company as Head of Sales and Ticketing, says “The Part Exchange process was so straight forward. It was much easier than we thought it was going to be.”
The couple, who went from a two bedroom house to a four bedroom semi detached house, says “We weren’t initially looking to move. We bought this house primarily because of its size and the fact that the Part Exchange deal provided us with a particularly attractive offer.”
