One of the country’s leading house builders is guaranteeing to make the summer sizzle with a series of special offers on its new homes – including discounts of up to £30,000.
Charles Church South East has unveiled a range of new deals on homes at four of its developments across the region.
Jo Richards, Charles Church head of sales and marketing, said the summer sizzler promotion was aimed at making it easier than ever for would-be housebuyers to buy the home of their dreams.

The double-fronted detached home is on offer for just £475,950 and can be bought for as little as £380,760 with the government-backed Help to Buy scheme.
Help to Buy allows new home buyers to put down just a five per cent deposit and take out a 75 per cent mortgage, with a Government loan covering the remainder.
Meanwhile a two-bedroom apartment at The Mews at Roebuck Park in Hailsham can now be picked up for as little as £129,950 or just £103,960 with Help to Buy. The fabulous apartment comes complete with its own parking space and sits among the company’s range of two to five-bedroom properties in the landscaped parkland.
