OPENING THE DOOR TO LUXURY IN MALVERN

Luxury housebuilder Charles Church opened the doors to its brand new showhome last weekend at the latest prestigious development in the picturesque town of Malvern.

Leading the event was a couple who had recently purchased a property at the Skylark Meadows development.

Thirty-two year old sales engineer, Bradley Luckman and his wife, Louise Luckman a teacher, were on hand to perform the ribbon cutting to officially open the new four-bedroom Osbourne showhome.

On being asked to get involved with the launch Bradley said they were honoured.

“The Osbourne showhome is the same house type as the one that we purchased off-plan here, so it was exciting to see how our home will look when it is built, decorated and furnished.

“Seeing it all over again was really exciting. It made our dream home become more of a reality. We can’t wait to move in.”

In addition to the ribbon cutting ceremony, the public were invited to watch an extraordinary falconry display involving Karl Law from the Owl & Falconry Centre. Not only did his collection of birds of prey present a striking scene, visitors were also able to hold and stroke the birds.

Alison Reading, Sales and Marketing Director for Charles Church South Midlands, said: “The opening was a roaring success thanks to Bradley, Louise and Karl, not to mention the dozens of visitors who joined us.

“The Osbourne is another example of Charles Church’s long-standing reputation for creating luxurious quality homes. The stunning showhome will give would-be buyers an appealing glimpse into the lifestyle that they could enjoy living at Skylark Meadows.

On the ground floor of the ‘Osbourne’ the spacious hallway leads into the living room with French doors to the garden, the dining room, a study and a contemporary kitchen diner.

On the first floor, the charming galleried stairway leads to an expansive master bedroom and en-suite, a second double bedroom with an en suite and the two further generous bedrooms which share the family bathroom.

Alison added: “We look forward to welcoming customers to the properties at Skylark Meadows where they can see the craftsmanship and attention to detail for themselves.”

A range of incentives are in place to help customers make their move to a new home as straightforward as possible.  These include the Charles Church Part Exchange scheme and the new Government backed Help to Buy scheme.
