New homes planned for Framingham Earl

Charles Church Anglia aims to launch a development of 100 new homes in Framingham Earl during the summer of 2014 after acquiring a site, off Pigot Lane, in the village just south east of Norwich.

Managing director Andrew Fuller said: “Framingham Earl is a lovely village, in a beautiful rural setting yet close to all the amenities of Norwich, and we are delighted to be bringing a mixture of much-needed new homes for local people.

“The site already has outline planning permission and we will be submitting a reserved matters planning application early in the New Year with the intention to start work on site as soon as planning consent is achieved.

“Our aim is to deliver a range of homes, from one to five bedrooms, including bungalows, to suit all aspects of the housing market including first time buyers and young professional, growing families and downsizers.”

Charles Church is currently developing new homes throughout Norfolk and Suffolk, in both rural and city locations.

Andrew added: “At Charles Church we take pride in all we do – from choosing the locations we build, to the exceptionally high standard of workmanship and the service we provide to our customers both during and after they purchase a home from us.

“With support available through various schemes and initiatives such as Help To Buy and Part Exchange, Charles Church is able to offer potential purchasers the right house to meet their budget.”
