A Wigan business whose premises are undergoing a major redevelopment says it is business as usual at their site on Wallgate.
Corkills Volkswagen has invested £1 million to improve its facilities and services for customers. And while work is underway to build a brand new showroom, the company would like to remind customers that they are still open for business.
Corkills Volkswagen’s brand manager, Jacqui Kaye, explains: “Customer service is our top priority, therefore, our current showroom based at Wallgate will remain open throughout the remainder of the refurbishment.”
Jacqui Kaye said: “For the past 18 years we have successfully built a strong Volkswagen business from this site and will continue to do so throughout the transformation.
The new site, which is due to open this spring, will provide a contemporary setting in which customers can view the ever increasing range of Volkswagen cars.
The spacious new interior will provide a light and airy atmosphere featuring clean cut lines and crisp colours to make it a more pleasurable customer experience, while supporting the brand’s new retail concept. The brand new showroom will display up to 10 different models as well as accommodate an improved hospitality and servicing area.
“I am absolutely delighted with the progress being made at our new showroom. It is very exciting for me to see our initial plans become a reality.”
Jacqui added: “We feel our investment confirms our commitment to motorists in Wigan and we believe that the new showroom will really enhance our customers’ retail experience.”
