A Louth development has successfully sold a house each week following the appointment of a new sales advisor.
Nathan Leonard, who recently joined the Persimmon Homes Waterside development in Louth, brings nine years’ of industry experience to the team.
The 24 year-old former architectural graduate from Lincoln, has specialised in both residential, land and new build sales for various estate agents and believes his personality, construction expertise and communication skills to be his strongest asset in forging his new career with Persimmon Homes.
Nathan said: “I have always been a people’s person so really enjoy interacting with customers to understand how I can meet their needs. My industry background has also enabled me to develop stronger links with estate agents and local businesses which has helped increase interest for the development.
“I felt Persimmon was a good company to work for and one that looks after its staff so I was delighted when I got the position.
“I’m really enjoying working with the Louth customers and look forward to finding out which development I will be moved to next. My goal is to prove myself and hopefully work up the career ladder.”
