A Bury St Edmunds business is celebrating after making it into the top fifteen car retailers in the Volkswagen network.
Volkswagen Bury St Edmunds, based on Northern Way, was recognised by Volkswagen UK for its high levels of customer satisfaction, finishing fifteenth out of 207 sites nationwide.
The rankings are based on Volkswagen’s ‘one business scorecard’, which monitors and measures each dealership’s performance across new and used car sales, servicing, parts and accessories and customer satisfaction.
