A Wrexham van centre has beaten more than 71 other businesses to be crowned the best in the country after being recognised for its hard work.
Volkswagen Van Centre Wrexham was presented with the ‘Every Moments Matters Best Performing Van Centre and Sales Centre’ award, by Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles.
The national accolade is in recognition of the consistently high level of service achieved by the Rhosddu Industrial Estate business during quarter two of this year.
Staff at the van centre were delighted to receive the title, especially after the business was already named in the top ten best performing sites in quarter one.
Alan Austin, sales manager at Volkswagen Van Centre Wrexham, said: “To receive this accolade is a real testament to the team’s hard work and commitment.
“Selling a van is naturally what we do, however to be recognised for successfully meeting our customers’ needs and for delivering a level of service over and above the entire UK network of van centres is wonderful and a real achievement.
“We were delighted to be in the top ten position in quarter one but to reach the number one position in quarter two makes me very proud and honoured to be working alongside such a dedicated group.”
Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles closely monitors all aspects of its van centres operations from customer satisfaction and aftersales through to business performance. Scores are collated throughout the year, accumulating in quarterly and, ultimately, an annual result.
