Leading premium house-builder, Charles Church South Midlands, is set to invest in a multi-million pound new development in the sought after residential town of Stratford.
The luxury house-builder announced the acquisition of a 9.5 acre parcel of land with a view to build 85 aspirational new houses for the discerning Stratford housing market.
Construction has commenced at the site off Milestone Road following the recent completion of the land purchase. Planning approval for the new development was granted by Stratford-on-Avon District Council back in April 2014.
The total investment value for the development, aptly named Milestone Grange, will be £18.5 million which includes a special planning contribution from Charles Church of over £450,000 to enhance public open spaces, highways and local facilities.
Milestone Grange is located in a prime location, just five minutes away from Stratford town centre and will offer a selection of two and three-bedroom semi- detached and four and five-bedroom detached houses. Properties will be available to purchase off-plan as early as January 2015 with some expected to be ready to move into by May 2015.
