Swindon dealership welcomes new man at the helm .
MAN Truck & Bus UK has appointed a new branch manager for its Swindon dealership.
David Collard brings a wealth of experience to the role and says there are exciting times ahead.
Mr Collard previously worked for 16 years within the Pentagon Group, a Mercedes Commercial Vehicle Dealer, covering various positions including parts, service, workshop controller, service manager at Andover and latterly Depot Manager at the head office operation in Fareham.
He said: “I have always been very aware of the reputation of MAN Truck & Bus UK and heard that they really value their staff. The role came at the right time for me and I could not be happier. I was at the top of my game where I came from and I am relishing the challenge of this new role.
“I have a strong aftersales background working with big fleets and large companies, so customer service is second nature. I also have a lot of experience with the van market and know what customers are looking for, so I am really looking forward to the launch of the new MAN TGE.”
