Leading West Midlands law firm Higgs & Sons has announced a series of internal promotions adding strength to a number of the firm’s key departments.
Geoff Kettle has been promoted to Partner in the Corporate team, while Daniel Greatrix has been made Associate in Dispute Resolution and David Morgan Associate in Private Client.

Geoff Kettle specialises in advising owner-managed businesses, particularly with regard to asset and share disposals and acquisitions in the Healthcare sector. He also advises a broad range of clients on restructuring and corporate governance issues.
Paul said of him: “Over a number of years, Geoff has demonstrated the qualities which are important to us: the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and work referrers, and to provide technically sound advice and responsive service.

Daniel Greatrix was found to demonstrate strong technical ability, an excellent client manner and the ability to provide robust advice and support to the dispute resolution team and others across the firm.

While David Morgan, who joined the firm from a non-legal background, has shown a passion for technical excellence and commitment to client service.
