Leading West Midlands law firm Higgs & Sons has welcomed five newly qualified lawyers to the firm.
Carly Davies, Emma Hadley, Zahra Farooq, Charanjeet Bhogal and Georgia Stott are the latest colleagues to benefit from the continued investment Higgs makes in the development of its lawyers.
Carly graduated from the University of Birmingham with a first class law degree in 2013. She has joined the Private Client Team.
Emma and Zahra have both joined the Commercial Property team having started with Higgs as Trainee Solicitors in 2015.
After securing his training contact with Higgs back in 2013, Charanjeet spent some time working as a client analyst in order to gain further commercial experience. He completed his training contract in September and qualified into the Employment team.
Georgia completed her Graduate Diploma in Law and her LPC at the University of Law in Birmingham, and has now joined the Dispute Resolution and Litigation team.
Managing Partner at Higgs, Paul Hunt, said: “We are pleased to welcome Carly, Emma, Zahra, Charanjeet and Georgia as newly qualified solicitors and look forward to following the progress of their careers.
“The Trainee programme is really important to us and we are delighted to have retained the services of all of this year’s qualifiers. They have all secured positions in their departments of choice and I know they will be assets to the firm as a whole, as well as strong additions to the teams they join.
“At Higgs & Sons we constantly strive to deliver a combination of the very best legal services and client care, and I am confident that they will each help us to achieve those goals.”
Higgs & Sons, which employs over 230, is headquartered at the Waterfront Business Park in Brierley Hill and offers a full range of specialist legal services to business and private clients.
