A Stowmarket business is celebrating after being named one of the top UK Volkswagen retailers in 2010.
Barnards Volkswagen on Station Road East was awarded ‘Retailer Excellence’ status at the Volkswagen Service Quality Awards for both sales and aftersales, finishing seventh out of 215 sites nationwide.
Volkswagen closely monitors its retailers ensuring all areas of the business are performing according to its standards. The scores, on areas including sales, service and customer satisfaction, are collated with only the top ten retailers who have excelled in these fields, receiving the award.
Gary Halestrap, brand manager at Barnards Volkswagen said: “We are delighted to receive this recognition and be amongst the top seven retailers in the UK.
