A Neyland business is strengthening its commitment to customers by launching a complementary shuttle bus service.
Sinclair Volkswagen has invested in the new bus scheme which will transport customers from its Havenbridge Road site in and out of the town centre, while their car is being serviced or having an MOT.
John Davies from Neyland has been appointment by Sinclair as one of the daily bus drivers and will work alongside Paul Elliott, who has been a customer chauffeur with the Volkswagen business for past six years.
Julian Harrington, brand manager at Sinclair Volkswagen, said: “The launch of the shuttle bus is in response to customer feedback and demonstrates our continual commitment to customer service.
“We are always looking at ways to enhance our offering and hope that customers enjoy the convenience and comfort of this new service.”
The Sinclair courtesy shuttle bus service operates from the Havenbridge Road Volkswagen retailer every hour from 0840 through to 1700. The seven-seat Touran follows three routes to Haverfordwest, Milford Haven and Pembroke Dock. When the customer’s vehicle is ready for collection the shuttle bus collects the customer from their destination.
