Rothley schoolgirl wins bedroom makeover

Chloe Foster, 14, designed the most inspirational child’s bedroom in a competition set-up by regional housebuilder Charles Church North Midlands to celebrate its Avalon showhome off Loughborough Road.

Chloe’s prize from Charles Church was her very own bedroom makeover designed and installed by Killer5 interior design studios.

“We tasked the children at Rothley Primary School to design one of the bedroom’s in our showhome at Avalon,” said Mariana Knight, sales and marketing director for Charles Church North Midlands.  “Chloe’s design really impressed us with a space theme that details every aspect of the room and appeals to both boys and girls.

“We were only too pleased to create Chloe’s very own dream bedroom and we hope she enjoys it for many years to come.”

Chloe said: “I could not be more pleased with my new bedroom.  I share the room with my twin sister, so when deciding on how it should be decorated, I took into consideration her tastes and likes.

“We are both over the moon with our finished bedroom.  We especially love our holographic wallpaper along with a montage to my family.  Many thanks to Charles Church for making this happen.”

Charles Church Avalon is a luxury development of two, three and four bedroom homes.  Both NewBuy and Part Exchange are available to help people secure a foot or move up the property ladder with ease.
