Mr Gill said: “We had previously lived in a spacious house with a very large garden. We decided to downsize, but we were not willing to compromise on quality or on living space. A smaller but attractive garden was a priority.
“The pace of life in Sidmouth is just right. We have plenty of amenities nearby and we’re on the door-step of the coast, but just slightly off the beaten track. Our home is better than we expected and the service from Charles Church has been excellent.”
