A Swansea business will be bringing a new retail experience to shoppers in the heart of Llanelli.
Sinclair Volkswagen Swansea will be transporting its car marquee to the St Elli Shopping Centre this Saturday (23rd March) to celebrate the opening of a new pop-up car showroom.
Sinclair Volkswagen Swansea’s brand manager, Jeremy Phillips, said: “We are very excited about our new retail unit at St Elli shopping centre.
“We have exhibited our cars at special one-off displays in centre before and they were a great success with fantastic feedback from the public, attracting a lot of interest in our vehicles.
“On Saturday (23rd March) we will be launching our pop-up car showroom with a special event. Scarlets FM will be hosting a live outside broadcast live from the event, customers can throw a dice for a chance to ‘Win a Golf’, and there will even be glasses of bubbly and cake.
“The latest Volkswagen models will be on display at the retail unit and staff will be on hand to answer any questions which shoppers may have about our retail, Motability and approved used car offerings. “
Sinclair’s unit will feature large flat screen televisions connected wirelessly to iPads allowing customers to configure Volkswagen vehicles to their own taste.
St Elli Shopping Centre manager, Andrew Stephens, said: “The pop-up car showroom is very different to our more customary ‘shop’ operations, but Sinclair Volkswagen Swansea were keen on the unit and we think it brings something new and fresh to the shopping centre.
“This is the first time that we have hosted a car dealership in a unit. It’s very different but we are looking forward to it being a great success.”
The Sinclair Volkswagen Swansea unit at St Elli Shopping Centre will be open from 9am to 5.30pm from Saturday 23rd March.
