Persimmon Homes South Midlands is holding an open weekend so buyers can get free independent expert advice on how to make their next move on the property ladder.
The Help To Buy advice weekend will take place at a Persimmon Homes developments across their region in Coventry, Evesham, Long Marston, Malvern, Redditch, Smethwick.
House hunters are invited to go along to the following developments on 6th and 7th July from 10.00am to learn more about the Government-backed scheme:

Alison Reading, Persimmon Homes South Midlands sales and marketing director, explained how the Help To Buy advice weekend can show buyers how the scheme will make their first or next home move even easier.
She said: “Help To Buy was launched by the Chancellor of the Exchequer in his spring budget and should hopefully help the housing industry gather momentum.
“It means people can own 100 per cent of their new home for just 80 per cent of the price using the scheme.
“Our sales team is fully trained and can offer buyers expert guidance and practical assistance throughout the buying process. We regularly communicate with people to keep them informed and our advisors respond quickly and efficiently to any queries.”
The equity loan from the Government is interest free for the first five years, equating to 20 per cent of the property’s value. A mortgage is then secured on the remaining 75 per cent meaning lower mortgage repayments.
The Help To Buy scheme is available to everyone, not just first-time buyers, on new-build homes in England up to £600,000. People only need a five per cent deposit and there is no limit on the annual household income.
Other schemes aimed at helping buyers included NewBuy, a Government-backed mortgage indemnity scheme aimed at people who only have a five per cent deposit, Equity Boost, Parent Power and Part Exchange which are also available at many of the developments across the South Midlands.
Alison added: “We look forward to welcoming house hunters during our open weekend and feel sure that we have a buying incentive to help them get on or move up the property ladder.”
