A hot shot trainee salesman is urging house buyers to hurry if they want to live on a sought-after development in Easingwold, as only six properties remain for sale.
Nick Ollis, from York, has been successfully selling the beautiful family homes at The Vale development at a rate of nearly two a week.
The 24-year-old joined Persimmon Homes Yorkshire in early 2013 and is confident he has found his ideal career.
Nick said: “After leaving university I was unsure of my career path. The opportunity with Persimmon Homes looked an interesting challenge so I was delighted to get the trainee position.
“It has been a tough learning curve but one that I have relished. Having the opportunity to apply my new skills at The Vale has been both demanding and rewarding, not to mention a little hectic at times.
“Easingwold is such a picturesque market town with a wonderful community feel and is just 12 miles from York, which has certainly added to its popularity. But customers need to be quick if they want to snap up the final few homes.”
The Vale was launched in January and features a collection of 22 three and four bedroom homes. It is within walking distance of the market town which offers many unique independent shops, restaurants and excellent schools.
