Secretaries from a West Midlands law firm have reaped the rewards of a bespoke training course at Dudley College.
The 48 secretaries from Higgs & Sons were presented with certificates by college principal Lowell Williams.
Higgs & Sons worked closely with the college to create the bespoke training, which had improved efficiency and excellent client service as its primary objective.
The four month course covered Client Service, Business Administration, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
All of the successful secretaries gathered together at the Waterfront office to celebrate their achievements and receive their certificates.
Principal Lowell Williams said: “Dudley College is delighted to be working with Higgs & Sons to enable their staff to undertake and achieve bespoke training.
“The secretarial staff have undertaken an intensive training programme which has been supported by funding from the European Social Fund and they have achieved excellent results.”
