A Wrexham business has welcomed the appointment of a new aftersales manager to meet the growing demands of the business.

James Caffel will lead the servicing team at Volkswagen Van Centre Wrexham, bringing with him more than eight years’ of customer service experience.

The 31-year-old has dedicated his entire career to the Volkswagen brand. Having held sales and servicing roles at various Volkswagen retailers, James has a clear understanding of what makes an effective business operate and will  be sharing his knowledge and expertise with the Wrexham team.

Speaking of the role, James said: “I thoroughly enjoy working for Volkswagen and I’m delighted to now be part of the Swansway Group as they have such a good reputation across the brand network.

“My priority is customer care, so I will be reviewing existing practise and looking at ways in which to strengthen our service.”
