As one of the UK’s largest housebuilders, Persimmon Homes had to adapt quickly to the changes brought about by the COVID-19 crisis.
Persimmon closed its showhomes across the country and sales teams began working remotely, but the demand for housing remained strong.
8848 was tasked with helping the sales teams of Persimmon’s 31 regional businesses to promote developments and increase the number of enquiries, despite the lack of face-to-face communication.
The goal? To provide value, deliver relevant messaging and forge connections with prospective customers.
To create beautifully-curated content to bring the showhomes to the homes of thousands across the country, offering inspiration and brand awareness.
How did we do? Using Facebook’s Instant Experience tool, we delivered a range of interactive adverts targeting those interested in purchasing a new home, achieving more than 15,000 link clicks in less than three weeks. Just because you can’t visit a Persimmon show home, there’s no reason you can’t experience that new-home feeling. And, who doesn’t love a showhome snoop?
