To raise awareness of one of Birmingham’s most eye-catching landmarks, our challenge has been to create iconic brand campaigns that position The Cube as the first choice for everyday luxury.
How did we do?
Using highly targeted digital media investment, proactive social media content and eye-catching creative we have consistently delivered a 16% uplift in users and a 33% increase in session durations on The Cube website. In fact, in just 11 months our performance surpassed anything the destination had seen before with over 187k website sessions. Furthermore, our social media programme has increased audience numbers by a whopping 56%.
We also revitalised The Cube’s online presence, developing a responsive website that moved the business away from managing commercial space to positioning the building as a luxury leisure destination, in one of the most exciting locations in the city. The website was also used as a tool for highlighting offers and directly driving footfall into The Cube’s many bars and restaurants.
In the first month following its launch, the website delivered the highest exposure to The Cube that the platform had ever seen with 44% more sessions, 24% more users and 39% more page views.
